Scammer, he never sent me my PayPal payment. I sent him his games, he said "sent" and got offline, but never received a payment. I tried to add him back, and he declined the request. Then he changed his steam name. If he gets in contact with me and sends me my money, I will change this. Until then, consider him a scammer. He posted on my steamtrades rep page that he had added me, but he has not. He scammed me. I saved the chat log, so I'm giving him until tomorrow to fix this, or else I will report him to steamrep
