Scammer. Deal was 6 TF2 before the code, 6 keys after. After the first six he told he needed to wait for his friend. After 10 minutes of saying nothing I told him I need to go and that if we could just send my keys back or give me the key to the game, he told me to wait just a few more minutes as his friend was busy. Several more minutes went by and he told me "I told you to wait".. After that I kinda figured he was scamming me, told him to send my keys back and I won't report him to which he said "too late, if you can't wait, oh well. I can." So here we are, removed me from friends, reported.
