A CARELESS TRADER WHO DOESN'T KNOW THE BASIC RULES OF TRADING

UNFRIENDED ME AFTER SENDING REGION LOCKED KEY!

THIS GUY SENT ME A KEY WHICH DOESN'T WORK IN MY REGION EVEN AFTER I MENTIONED MY REGION

I added this guy for Persona 4 Golden from barter and after clearly mentioning my region SEA and asking whether the key is gonna work in the region or not, the key didn't work.

I CONFIRMED ONCE AGAIN BEFORE SENDING AN OFFER AND HE SAID "Good Day, Yep"

And when my friend tried the key it said NOT AVAILABLE IN YOUR REGION. After I confronted him, he ignored me and said "The key is fine". Yes it's fine but it's region locked, and when I messaged him for a refund or a replacement he unfriended and blocked me. He won't even try to discuss or resolve the issue after sending his key, didn't even try to check the region locks. I was the one who asked twice and he said that the key would work. This shows his careless behavior which is not the best thing when it comes to trading.
