This user backed out of a deal. We had agreed on a price for one of his untradable (but giftable) Dota 2 sets. It takes 30 days of being a friend to be able to gift things. After that 30 days passed, I messaged him to buy the sets, and he changed the price. If he's willing to try to swindle me out of a few extra keys, he's likely willing to steal a lot more. Would not trust this user at all, don't waste your time and just find another seller.
