Sorry about the impersonator. I already reported him several times, but unfortunately his account is still not banned.
Maybe you can ask steam support or store, where you bought Shadows of Mordor, to revoke it?
You should also report his account to steam. He already scammed a few people, so I think if all people report him, steam support wont be able to ignore it.
