Have tried multiple times to add this user as a friend to resolve the problem, refuses t oaccept every time. Do not trade with this guy, he is a scammer.

Hi I am the guy that you took the football manager 2012 key from. I have contacted steam and given them a copy of the chat log and they said that they have on record all IP addresses that have been used with every account. However, I edited the chat log photo so that they could not see your username. They advised me to contact you to see if we could settle the disagreement. They said if I am not satisfied with how you respond to the situation I can reply to them with steam names from either of your accounts ( e.g. camp'er or NANY') or your account name (swageryololololo). They have assured me that your behavior was fraudulent and if I take action they can ban all accounts that have been associated with any of your IP addresses, and prevent you from creating or using new accounts. They said they can also confirm who it was by me giving them the steam key for football manager that I gave you, and they can see which account used it. If you want to keep any of your steam accounts, I suggest that you accept my friend request so that we can discuss this issue. If you are honest with me and take this seriously, I will not take any further action
