HES DOING CHARGE BACKS!

We trade keys via PayPal. But few hours ago, i got a message from PayPal.
PayPal were holding the money which he sent, because the buyer claim not authorize this pay.

I contact him and he said his PayPal account is on hold, because someone claim his.
But he want to solve this problem. So when the problem solved or i get my keys back, i'll delete this negative.

Now PayPal already take the money back to him, 100% his is a scammer!
