WoW! I was attending a funeral for the past 2 weeks and a friend of mine was using my account. You could not bloody wait before handing out neg rep? Also "NEGATIVE REP IS NOT HANDED OUT FOR NOT REPLYING". It is the trader's prerogative who he chooses to trade with.READ THE RULES-
