Seriously, if some game gift is region restricted, why would you want to touch it if you're in that country (Hungary) which isn't affected by region restrictions? Maybe it's you who was breaking the rules that time? Oh, and I've already checked your inventory and your library since a long time ago, turns out you didn't even have H1Z1 when you said that you "already got one". Not even any keys.
