Refused to trade with this guy because he didn't have enough insurance. He then spammed negative comments on my thread and refused to stop. If you refuse to trade with this guy he will spam you with negative comments or leave negative feedback on your profile (see his previous negative feedback). I'm also seeking measures to report him.
