-rep , this is one of the scammy moderators of site "barter.vg" who is laughing because of banning users. The site was originally created as a place to let people trade as they want (same as SteamTrades).
Sadly, they made this site as a place for their own good and to eliminate any competition to gather thousands of games.
They don't allow resellers and re-traders to get profit from trades, while they are using their own alt accounts to shark users.
If they don't like that you are getting good deals, they will ban you.
They put even a special mediator system, known as "Bart-ee". This system is all around gg.deals values and was created to eliminate sharking of new users, but even if you are using their rules, they will ban you.
In the last months they banned many users who were using their new rules, which clearly show that mediator system wasn't created as protection system, just as shield for themself to ban anyone they want :)
