Update: I personally didn't think I was rude nor demanding. More to the point that you should verify the trade before making it. I just think if you message someone about a trade (assumingly) you should know which trade it is. Yes, I assumed they knew which trade it was and everyone forgets sometimes (or in this case, makes a lot of trades to the point they don't know).
If someone make a few trades a day, it sounds like even more of a reason to check, though, so someone doesn't abuse the fact that you don't want to check unless you want to honeytrap people who you are trading with to see if they will scam you by lying about what is being traded.
I think the basics of trading are knowing who you are trading with and knowing what you are trading so there are no problems [to avoid scammers and to avoid mistakes of trading wrong items]
The user seemed like they couldn't be bothered to look up which trade it was. Even after suggesting to look it up so both of us knew what was being traded, it seemed like.. they didn't want to (but apparently knew it was from SteamGifts). Thus, "trusting but possibly carefree about trades."
The review for the trade was only left after I was messaged asking to change my review instead of after the trade was done which seems to be affected more by the trade review I left than the trade experience. I personally think the review was delayed to see if I would change my review first.

If being rude is expecting someone to know what both of us are trading, then yeah.. I guess I'm rude. However, I don't believe I was rude nor demanding. Both parties should absolutely know what is being traded and I honestly recommend anyone who trades to make sure you verify that even if you have to take a minute to look it up yourself.
so, if someone reads this and ever wants to trade with me, I do kind of expect you to know what we are trading or to go check yourself to be sure. I didn't think this should have ever been a problem, though.
