DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS PERSON! [NOT A SCAMMER] but... has a habit of creating multiple offers for the exchange of games, and then cancels most of them without responding or giving any reason at all. I accepted his trade and then left me hanging for a week. Wouldn't respond on Steam and actively sends fresh offers on barter to other people and then just goes radio silent. This user has a very low fulfillment of 46% with hundreds of failed and cancelled offers.

Attempted a trade with this person. He left me hanging for several days, and I only got a response once I told him to just forget about it. So I gave him another chance and never got a response. I initiated a trade cancellation, and he's left it pending for 8 days and counting. He has a 46% fulfillment rate and has a dispute on his account. I'M NOT SURPRISED. Blacklisting this person and blocking all incoming trade offers from him.
