Unreliable trader. Exchanged with me a key that was duplicated and still blocked me on steam.

After he told me the first key wasn't good, I have sent him another one. At my question if that is ok, he didn't answered, so I belived there are no problems. And removed him from my friends list, as I am doing with almost all the person after I trade (few exceptions). Since I saw his negative post in which he said the second key wanst good, I an tryng to read him so I can send another key. But he refuse.
