Truly awful person!
The first key may have been duplicated, sometimes these things happen, especially when someone has hundreds of games. I offered her to choose another game from my trading list, which she did and I sent her the key. She left me a positive review after this trade! Then 2 days later she complained when realized the chosen second game is a "very low-value game" and changed the positive feedback to negative.
The complaint wasn't because I agreed to receive a game and then realized it was lower value. I knew that the game I ended up getting was lower value before I received it, but you had assured me that it was the higher-value game I had asked for in the first place (fidel dungeon rescue vs. shattered planet).
