I checked steam trade history and it was an obvious swerve, refused to go first and claimed he had had Outlast 2 stolen from him earlier and that he was a "man of my word" and I won't "regreat" trading with him.

No, I told him to go first because I have $1,000+ in cash/bitcoin trades & have it all in easily verifiable proof in my cash rep thread where you can add the people who I've traded with, who have thousands of trades. He didn't want to do that & instead decided to attack me. And I don't know what "group" he speaks of. I'm guessing the Steamworks Development group I'm automatically a member of for being a Game Developer? That's not why I wouldn't trade with him though. It's because he kept insisting I go first despite refusing to give me any assurance he wasn't going to just scam me.
