scammer. i paid him via paypal for keys, but he never gave them to me. kept making crap excuses about how his steam system was giving issues, refused to send keys via trade requests, didnt accept my trade requests, and when i finally got him to open the trade window, he'd never accept the trade, and the window always closed with a msg saying he had cancelled the trade.

i should also note that when opening the trade window with him i had gotten a msg saying he had already been reported for trade scams. sadly, i saw this after i had already sent the funds.
