This man is a disgusting fraudster. He may propose an offer to you on barter. After you add him as a friend and send an activation code, he doesn't give any replies to you, and his account has always been online or gaming state, not offline.

ReDiR did not initially indicate when adding the game to barter.vg that his key has some limitations. He also did not report this when he agreed to an exchange. He did this already after he received and activated all my game keys, and in his own file with the keys he saw that the games have regional restrictions, after which he already informed me about it. At the same time, he tried to put all the blame for this solely on me. As a result, I had to independently change with another user his ROW-key with regional restrictions on the CIS-key.
He also tricked me from receiving two keys to the game State of Mind, saying that the first key that I gave him was inoperative. After that I had to give him a second key to this game. But, immediately contacting Steam technical support, I received a response that my first key to the game State of Mind was activated exactly 4 minutes (translated from Pacific time) before his message sent to me that the key was not working - https://i.imgur.com/HoerrLN.png . To the question - how to understand this, he replied - that this is essentially my problem, and not his. And he refused to compensate for the second key received by deceit -

In his opened disputes he has repeatedly claimed "I sent item, but received nothing in exchange" with new traders who were warned from trading with him on Barter.vg. After the choice of "I agreed to cancel" or "I requested to cancel" he's living out this revenge-field twitch if he doesn't get what he wants. There never was an exchange.
By the way, he always takes the right to abort any of his offers after acceptance if the 2nd thought obviously tells him that it does not seem lucrative for him after all. Or he sits it out and lets time pass.

-rep Accidentally set my trade with him as 1:1 instead of the 2:1 it was supposed to be, so he sent me the first key and told me to check it first then when I realized he had accepted as 1:1 said he wouldn't have accepted the trade otherwise. I fulfilled my end of the trade still but feel people should know he can be shady at times.
