Took AMD Hitman key. Claimed it didn't work in his region, and then when I asked for a screen shot as proof he blocked me on Steam.
I've got screenshots to prove it. Look at his recent feedback, he has had other complains about this same key. He'll probably give me negative rep, but I've got screen shots as proof.

Don't trust him. I first give him a key and waited a long time just to get nothing for it.
Lost key for nothing.

I go first, but then he don't pay
