i dont even know who is this guy and he is giving me negative reputation, i just declined some level zero person offer for one of my items and since then random people with really low reputation without me even knowing them are giving me negative reputation... including this guy. He is not even accepting my add request on steam cause i wanted to see who he is! Be careful if you are going into a trade with him
