Thank you for removing his negative Rep on my Profile!
Registered 51 minutes ago - and already -Rep people? Why do people like you exist?
Background Information:
This guy went to my Thread and offered me 11$ for:
Pillars of Eternity, Overcooked and Offworld Trading Company.

He haven't done any Trades so far which involves Steamtrades so I am pretty careful.
If you look in my Thread then you can see that I wanted to get 12$ out of it. he offered 1$ less.
11$ in € would be 9.34€ so I asked him politely if he could do me a favor and give me 9.50€.
It simply was a counter offer and mostly because I hate uneven/odd numbers on my Paypal account. It was 16 cents.

My second request was that he add a special note on that Payment so he can't refund. He told me that, THAT is the kind of thing he hates and deleted me.
It sounded like he wanted to pay and make a refund after that so I told him on his comment that he should re-add me to talk about that! Still THEN I dont wanted to -Rep him. After his counter-Rep on my Profile I had no choice. I'm sorry.
Let me quote his sentences

YOU want something from ME so take some time! I'm not on Steam just for you my Friend! ;-)
As you can see in the screenshots, the guy jerked me around for over 10 minutes, trying to get an extra measly 16 cents out of me, when I specifically said not to waste my time. I was just going to delete him and move on, but then he sent me a threatening message (which he also helpfully includes here) that he's going to -Rep me if I don't comply.
All I wanted to do was buy a game for a set price. It was so simple. You could have made easy profit. But now you've got -rep and no money. Hope you learned a valuable lesson here about not wasting people's time.
