Same here. I sent him crypto-currency and after 4 days he didn't even accepted my friend request.
Scammer. Took countless thousands in cryptocurrency and then vanished for days, he's been on and offline and yet still hasn't delivered on the keys he promised many people.

He offered people a free TF2 Key if they send a specific amount of crypto-currency they get when signing up at www.stellar.org.
He did not accept any friend requests on Steam for at least 4 days, nor did he answer or wrote anything in his thread:
