Alright, I just wasted my time and got even more frustrated.
This user should not be traded with — his keys are not marked for region lock.

I sent him this offer: https://lestrades.com/offer/178005/ and gave my key first. He used it without any issues. The problem came when I tried to use his key and couldn’t because it was region-locked:

I asked him to replace it with another key, but he sent me one that had already been used:

The issue was on his side, yet he refused to give me a proper replacement. Instead, he forced me to accept a key for the same game I had already given him, then immediately removed me from his friend list.

It is clearly stated on my profile on lestrades.com: Region: 🌍 Europe (ROW:EU)
It seems logical to me that the person proposing the exchange should verify this information beforehand.

As you pointed out, none of my other games interested you...
And you seemed annoyed during our conversation.
So I proceeded with what is simply called : a refund

In this situation, which had never happened to me before, that seemed to be the best solution.
