Despite that the fact that he uses the word "reseller" as an insult, he is a reseller.
Redir (his main account) was used to buy games from Group Buys and resell them. He was probably kicked out of Group Buys for this reason. He is now using his smurf to get games that he will resell.
You are selling him games for 1$ a piece which he will sell for 7$.
I know because I'm a reseller myself but unlike him, I'm open about it and I offer fair prices.
