I don't think they're ill-intended, but I've waited for them to reply to messages over more than 2 days after he accepted my Steam add, and I got no reply.

That made me miss out on a similar offer, which sucks. The lack of any replies was frustrating, since their status on Steam kept changing from Away to Snooze and back

Not sure if I was just unlucky and something happened to them, because I've read some feedback ppl left for him saying he's "fast" or "quick".
