after i added him, he said he was buying the key and asked me to send the games in advance, i refused since he had 0 rep and had been VAC banned. he said no problem, but i had to wait a bit while he buys the key, then proceeds to block me on steam.
proceed with caution, and never, EVER, go first with him or other shady people.
