Hello. I bought Tales of Valor in the 2009 Holiday THQ Pack :) After mid 2010 they didnt include such gems in the THQ packs like Full Spectrum Warrior or Frontlines: Fuel of War sadly. And now they are practically gone from the store. :(
If you are referring to Call of Booby Modern Warfare 3, then hell yeah, but then again, there were so many scams associated with Call of Duty games in the past(in many cases region restricted russian keys said to be western unrestricted ones) i dont know what to think.
I already have Cities in Motion somewhere as a key. I need to find it so i can list it too. :)
I'm guessing it's not tradeable and does not include the numerous DLC-s i'm after
