the hacker gaved fishing link on outpost and he lost hot dog unusual someone hacked his account and traded his account to the profile he link
I got a lot of that scamming website in my outpost.
If the user who offer puts he "steam profile" in there, have no avatar and if the profile/backpack is set to "private" mostly is because is a scam, just report it and beware next time.
I told to outpost whitelist link websites, and they maded it, but some links like that one is not in the list.
P.S: Outpost is an asshole, no thanks for the whitelist idea when they published it.
Is a false steam web page. Sometimes appear one. Scammers make Clone Steam web to scam people, is not the first time that see one. People should check links before login on webs. (https verified). Sorry for you. Make report on steam, and good luck :S

Hopefully you get your items back. After that I think the best thing to do then is piss him off. I got hacked twice in 1 month then got my account back from steam support, it's not fun. The hacker deleted all my friends, my profile, and groups. I hope you get your items back and while you're at it a bit of revenge :).
P.S I also got hacked from a phishing site.
