You are from T'bilisi, Georgia right? This key is region restricted to North America only. I'm trading because I am in the UK and cannot use without VPN which I think can get you banned from Steam.
You cant get banned fur using VPN to activate a game, worst case scenario your game gets removed, which is unlikely also, steam may only suspend you if you buy games from steam with VPN. they dont care if you activate them.
Also, it is not GOTY. Extra content didn't seem worth the extra $ when I bought it.
