Hello, I really don't know what is the legendary edition (didn't find on steam), so I put the price of the Special Edition and the Skyrim + DlC's:
The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim: Special Edition - R$74,99 + 20% + R$0,60 = R$90,59 =~ U$28.76
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim + Add-Ons - R$34,99 + 20% + R$0,60 = R$42,59 =~ U$13.52
I don't know where you got those prices, but I can get it cheaper from a reliable game seller. If you google the legendary edition you'll easily found out
The Legendary Edition was removed from steam in 2016 okt, but u can watch it in my inventory :
