I would buy it by myself directly, but I'm from Germany and so my HumbleBundle would be a LOW VIOLENCE Version which is not the one I would like to add to my steam account.

Someone willing to get me an 1 USD or an BeatTheAverage (currently 5.20 USD) HumbleBundle Gift?

And before you throw stones after me, 1USD is a way to keep the risk with PayPal low. I can put more Money in the bundle after recieving the gift. As someone from Humble said, it's essential who buys the bundle in the first place and to what country this is connected to recieve the proper codes to play uncut.

So, someone makes an offer for the 1USD pack or the BeatTheAvg?

Not possible. HumbleBundle checks the country linked with the PayPal account. This is an answer from HumbleBundle Support:
