Ok to start with you want to research and download Enhanced Steam Plugin. It gives you valuable info like whether a game was bundled or not. When it was bundled , how many times it was bundled and for how much and under what Tier. Which gives you a better idea of its price/value.
Store prices are usually irrelevant. Even for new games. You can find it cheaper somewhere else legit or its been already bundled.
You have some nice Tiered games for trade fyi.
As far as how a trade goes it has to do with a person's rep mainly. Lower rep usually goes first. Trades are usually done key code , gift link , Steam gift (uses trade window and safer) vs whatever is being traded for. After the trade is done each of you rep's the other on their rep page on this site. Steam rep on profiles is unreliable since the owner can delete stuff. Here rep can only be given by others and removed by mods only.

Hi there. I'm new here so I'm not sure how my lack of a reputation is going to effect this, and I'm also not sure of the proper procedure in regards to trading steam keys.
