Patrol 22 was his name last night. Has been scamming for a while. What a punk.

Sad thing, if it is like any other scammer, he will get a small trade probation and then come right back to scamming. Since he is scamming keys, steam won't do anything :( Luckily steamrep is on top of it...too bad it requires people to seek out the info.

Just lost my Victoria II key to this guy. I saw the probation warning, but I wasn't sure if it was some kind of accident or something. EDIT: SotS key is gone...I gave it to Pinkie Pie.
