Sorry for the late reply, I was already in bed when you left the message. I'm sorry but I don't know from which country the key was bought, I got it(and two others) from another trade. What I ca tell you is that key can the activated safely in the US(and probably Europe too). I know this since I safely traded one of the keys from the same batch to a guy in America. So there is no need to panic, the key is most likely ROW.
