Use steam rep to get his ID64 he cant change that and he is already marked as a scammer on steam rep, and hes also suspended here

How do you guys know this is a scammer? Posting profiles isn't nearly enough to determine any thing. The guy who is posting claiming it is 0/0 ... no offence but how do we know he isn't lying himself....
If you have evidence feel free to post it but I think this thread should be removed regardless of whether he is or isn't a scammer as it doesn't show nearly sufficient evidence of any wrong doing at all.
If you did not use the trade window through steam there is nothing they can or will do. Their policies clearly state so.
Also. You simply traded with a random person. Of course there was a chance he was scamming you. Did you use a steamtrades profile to verify it was the same person? How else would you know if he had good rep or not.....
All that convo shows is a random person added you. Somehow you thought it was ok for him to have multiple accounts to trade with and nothing was sketchy about that..... didn't check his rep and of course you sent the gift first to an unverified stranger....
Yeah, I got scammed too about a half hour ago by some guy, then directly afterwards this guy tried using the same shit.
The strange thing,is that the guy that scammed me,he don't removed me,and he said he is having problems with internet on his shitty country
If you properly check people's steam profiles directly from their steamtrades profile , you should never be scammed by impersonator's.
One more trick to find out if a trader is a scammer or not is the number of name changes he has and mainly changing to totally different names.
That wanker made a pass at me just a few hours ago with the second account. He added me a few days ago, didn't message me until today, then made up a terrible explanation for how he found me. He wanted me to go first, of course, but he wouldn't give any trading rep proof. Instead he offered a Facebook profile in Russian with no discernible mention of trading and a WebMoney account that was business class or some crap, but it had 0 positive or negative comments on it.
Holy shit he tried attempting to scam me a few weeks ago to..also added me wih no explanation and is stalking me for some reason. Luckily I rejected coz he was shady. Fck that guy,
He's suspended here and banned on steamrep. :/ Make a report about him on steam support.
Also, avoid calling him out here, because it's against the rules. :/ I hope you'll get your items back.
