At first, I didn't check his rep, But when he asked me for codes I looked into his steam account and I found his rep here and on steamrep many ppl reported him, so I told him that, and he just removed me lol
Always look at rep. Even take the time to read through rep comments. There are a few people on this site scamming and trolling hard. The scammers are actually trolling hard and leaving fake rep on people and more. So its very important to read stuff and figure out what's what.

I asked for the position but the owner of the site doesn't seem to give a flying fuck about it. He removed moderators and won't allow the steamgifts mods to help out. Site has become a cesspool of scammer wannabe's sadly.
