I'll gave you my usr/psw for www.amdrewards.com, after the log-in you will see the game with a big button : REDEEM ON STEAM WITH STEAM ACCOUNT, log in with your steam account and the game will be added on your library.
There will be no link and no correlation beetween my amdrewards and your steam account, as steam itself will told you when you connect via amdrewards.
