All listed items are tradable ROW (they can be used in any region) and have been sitting around in my inventory for a few months. Only interested in pure, but cba to accept paypal at the moment.

Current rate: $1.9 of steam wallet value per key.
However, you would have to go first, as I do not want to be stuck with games that people have failed to pay for.
So for example, say you want to buy a $20 game, you would give me 11 keys (and wait for any trade holds on your end to clear). Once I confirm that I have the keys, I'd purchase and gift you the game.
[If you wanted a gift-able copy, you'd have to wait... 30 days for it to become tradable. Which is impractical, but do-able.]
