if ur steam account is new.. u normally have to wait 30 days before u can start trading the games

This is what I mean by cool down and I'm not quite sure whether my account is already "trusted" or not. I've bought steamgames within the last year but longer than 30 days ago.
I can't help you with paypal, i don't like it and therefore don't have it...
I could only buy a game from my steam wallet and trade it.
