I only accept mixed set trades if the offered value is higher then what's asked. This does not have to be much difference. Values used are not exactly the market value but they help give an indication of what would be acceptable.
Note that I look at value of cards only and not at amount at all so 1:1, 1:2, 2:1 doesn't mean anything to me. As long as the value is acceptable you can decide the ratio.
Same set trades:
1:1 same set + 50gems for one transaction
