Well I don't do business with any other platforms besides Steam, so I'm not sure. I didn't find many people interested in Nintendo Switch stuff here so I posted a thread on Reddit, and there a guy commented that it's possible to activate the game on your US account even though it's for EU, you just gotta switch the account region and then return it to the previous one after activating. There was a guy asking the same question as you did.
Still, I can't guarantee that and I won't since I didn't check it myself, I don't want any inconveniences happening in my trades. :)

I'm not really interested in cases mate. :/ Oh, and I don't accept CS:GO Hydra Case keys because of their much lower price.

At the moment I'm quite in need of money so I'd very much prefer PayPal. But just in case, can you tell me the minimum amount of keys you'd be willing add besides paying with PayPal? I'd count each key as 1.7$, the game at 48$ and I'd be happy to receive as few keys as possible. :D
