I have never heard that any Rockstar game was censored in the US. Anyway AFAIK the only one censored GTA IV is the German version.

EDIT: After doing some search, maybe Australian and New Zealand version are censored, too. But not the US. I have another copy activated with my account, it does not have any suffix in its title, so it's definitely the normal version.
