No one is going to give you even close to that for your games list.
Free giveaway games and low tier bundle games don't cost much more then a few cents.
I suggest googling Enhanced Steam plugin to get a better sense of game prices/values for trading purposes and the reason behind such prices.
With the advent of Bundle sites and heavy discount sales of third party sites , most games are extremely cheap.

your friend need to buy the game himself or he can just redeem 5$ gift card on his account
redeeming gift will not make his account unlimmited
