You're really selling Dragonball Xenoverse for 23 keys when it costs 50$ USD? 23 keys in USD costs 57 dollars (the game costs 62 Canadian $ so basically we're overpaying either by 7 dollars or we're short 5 dollars from supporting the developers.)

It seems you're new here, and your trade history suggests you might be frustrated that you're not finding the game for the price you like, and maybe you're completely forgetting about Steam's fees, which mean at 19 keys I'm losing not an insignificant amount of money.

sorry, but I won't need it, since it was to be a birthday present, so I bought them with a debit card. Plus, Valve is cracking down on trading and all gifts are region locked from now on and can only be activated and played in the region for which they were bought.
Not a problem :) Regional restrictions do not affect ROW gifts (those bought in US, Canada, Japan, UK, Germany, etc...)

- Yes, it would be a Steam gift.
- It would not be available for trade (that's a 30 day waiting period), but it is immediately available to send as a gift, which I a couple minutes after receiving the keys.
- The Deluxe version would be 28 keys.

Not taking Steam fees into account, a TF2 key right now is $2.90 CAD, which to me looks like about €2.12. €2.12 x 11 = €23.32. Hand of Fate currently sells in Europe for €22.99. And about 14% of that disappears with Steam's fees.
Of course, if you're paying with more expensive keys, you're welcome to bring that up.
Basically, if you're asking if I'm willing to lose money on it, the answer is no.
