steam keys dont exist, either rockstar launcher or epic, was probably the green man gift thing (which gives an epic key)
unless somehow a miracle happened and a curator got a steam key (lol)
Games that don't have a release outside of steam also say Store or CD Key lol

I presume this means that they can print CD Keys, but they don't. Rockstar don't sell their games through Steam keys anymore (at least on a wide release e.g any storefront).
