Maybe because Warhammer is in bundle $12 tier with another 6 games and Planet Coaster never bundled and lowest price (i can see) is 32.29€? You asking too much. U cant get this game for Warhammer, just a adivce. No chance to get Planet Coaster for it.

As previous replies mentioned, no one in his right mind would trade you for Planet Coaster (also considering you have 0 rep and a key!) except if Planet Coaster is the next HB Monthly game or gets bundled now or something. Try being more realistic in your offer & use the bump button to get your post up. In any case, welcome to trading ;)
