dont know how much it is worth exactly. since it is free for RE6 pre orderers, i suppose not much. but i dont want to offend you with a cheap offer like 5$. ;)
The only trouble with paypal is I am not too sure that the game is even worth going through the trouble of paypal for. I think the lowest sale price is something like $7.49 or something similar, I'd probably be looking for around that figure.

Want: Offers, Tomb Raider 2013 (doesn't ahve to be steam, key is fine too) or AC3 Tradeable (or maybe Steam Key), will give both of one of those.
Also, newsflash, the Steam version uses Uplay also, so it is literally no different at all than buying it from Steam, just only one launcher needed instead of both, so its actually easier to just use the Uplay one verses launching steam, launching the game, which launches Uplay and then finally launches your game.
With Uplay, just launch the game and you are in the game.
