So I don't do TF2 keys so if you don't want to do games, then paypal. So the cheapest that Black Mesa been according to isthereanydeals is $4.99 USD. Now I've pay for steam gift cards for half the cost of them normally which means next time the price of Black Mesa goes down to that price, I'm basically paying $2.50 USD for it. So unless you're willing to sell it for that price if not lower, we might have to look at games as an option.

Sorry my apologies, I meant that if you want to do Paypal, I will only pay less for it then the price I can buy it from Steam directly. So Black Mesa goes down to $4.99USD during steam sales and as i brought Steam cards for half price means it will theoretically cost me $2.50USD during steam sales. So unless you want to do that price or lower, we might have to look at games to be traded. Hopefully that made sense?
