Hi there! I have both, I can offer this:
Conan Exiles - 10 keys
Stellaris - 4.5

Together I'm okay with 13 keys. (TF2 or CS:GO, of course Hydras not accepted)

That's quite a bit. I'm looking to get a better deal than what's on the store, and Conan certainly is not 10 keys. I could do like 8.5 for both of them.

There is currently a sale on Steam, and I can't follow those prices. I just roll with reselling prices.
