You might have already wrote it but...you think these kes might be redeemed from EU (after doing a Square Enix US account?)
Is it possible to get only Gold level?

PermalinkThe steam key is ROW and can be redeemable anywhere. You just need a NA Square Enix Account to activate the steam key. You could also ask a friend to do it for you. To my knowledge you can activate multiple bundles from all the tiers per account. Not sure about the limit tho.
I prefer doing all 3 bundles at once as i need 5 more buyers for it. Getting single bundle is only available if i so happen to have extra stock which i do not.
